How does the credits system work?
Credits are our internal currency. You buy a credits package (PayPal or card) and use it to cover your server and associated services. The panel shows the hourly cost and your balance status.
Can I stop the server whenever I want?
Yes, you have full control. You can start, stop, and restart your server from the panel anytime. Stopping it avoids keeping the game instance active; your world and configuration are saved automatically.
Which Minecraft versions do you support?
We support the main platforms: Paper, Forge, Fabric, Vanilla, Spigot, and more. You can choose the exact version you need, from legacy versions to the latest release.
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. You have a full year to use them, more than enough to enjoy your server at your own pace.
Can I install mods and plugins?
Absolutely. You have full access to the admin panel where you can upload and manage plugins (Paper/Spigot) or mods (Forge/Fabric). You can also edit config files directly.
What happens if I run out of credits?
If your balance reaches zero, your server will be paused automatically. You won't lose any data. Just top up credits and you can start it again whenever you want. We'll warn you before they run out.
Where are the servers located?
Our servers are currently located in Europe, with plans to expand to the US if there's demand. We use latest‑gen AMD EPYC hardware with NVMe storage.
Do you offer refunds?
No, once credits are purchased we don't offer refunds. That's why we recommend starting with a small package to test the service before larger purchases.
