The site and service under the Mineando brand are owned by Damián Verde Villena (self-employed), NIF 46199275A, address Calle Manuel de la Revilla, 19, Spain.

This site provides information and access to the panel and services for hosting and managing Minecraft servers using credits. Access and use are governed by the Terms of Service.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

Unless otherwise stated, the design, code, interfaces, text and original elements of the site and panel are owned by Mineando or used under authorization/license. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without authorization is prohibited, except as permitted by law.

4. Third-party links

The site may contain links to third-party services (e.g., PayPal, Discord). Mineando does not control such sites and is not responsible for their contents or policies.

5. Liability

We strive to keep the site and service up to date and available, but we do not guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions. Nothing in this notice limits non-waivable consumer rights.

6. Governing law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law.
