1. Controller

2. Data we process
- Account data: user identifiers, email and profile data (e.g., name/image if provided).
- Integrations: identifiers to link Discord and send notifications (if enabled).
- Usage data: activity related to credit consumption, servers, technical events and logs for security/diagnostics.
- Payments: transaction info (amount, currency, status and order/capture identifiers). Full payment method data is processed by PayPal.
- Communications: messages for support and operational notifications (Discord/email depending on settings).
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Service provision (contract): create/manage account, enable servers, account credits, and use the panel.
- Payments and billing (contract/legal obligation): process top-ups and handle invoicing requests.
- Security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest): protect the service, investigate abuse, disputes and chargebacks.
- Operational communications (contract/legitimate interest): notices about top-ups, incidents and usage-related notifications.
4. Recipients
We may share data with providers necessary to operate Mineando (e.g., PayPal, Discord, infrastructure/hosting providers, and email delivery). We only share what is necessary for each purpose.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the EEA. In such cases, appropriate safeguards apply (e.g., standard contractual clauses or other valid mechanisms).
6. Retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. After termination, we may delete user-associated server data and content. Some records (e.g., billing/accounting) may be retained for legally required periods.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing damian@mineando.net. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated. We will publish the current version and last-updated date.
