Terms of Service

This English version is provided for convenience. The Spanish version is the legally binding one in case of conflict.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website, the panel and the services offered under the Mineando brand (the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service overview

Mineando offers hosting and management of Minecraft servers under a pay-as-you-go model using credits. Credits are mainly consumed per hour while the server is online, depending on the chosen plan and allocated resources.

3. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and/or servers in case of breach of these Terms, abuse/misuse, fraudulent activity, or if a payment dispute/chargeback is opened. Suspension/termination may result in loss of access to data and services. We do not guarantee data retention after termination.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mineando is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, lost profits or damages arising from use or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms when necessary. The current version will be available on the site/panel and will indicate its last updated date. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated version.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, unless consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
